Happy Earth Day!
Thank you to all the gardeners who showed up at our first work party of the season to help distribute the soil and mushroom manure, to repair existing plots, and to start preparing the new plots. It was so nice to see familiar faces and to meet some of our new members.
If you couldn’t make it to the work party, there will be other opportunities to contribute to the garden community over the season. If you’re doing any weeding of community areas or other task, please be sure to record your volunteer time on the tracking sheet posted inside the shed door. (Mowing is temporarily suspended while we address some mechanical issues.)
